I have been in a little blog slump because we (read: Joseph Bemis) lost Carlie's birthday pictures. I have been searching through computer files in hopes of finding them in some random place with no luck. I will be out of my funk SOON and catch up with some new pics!
We have been having fun and staying busy with our little playdates, play groups and library routine. We added gymnastics a couple of weeks ago and Carlie couldnt be happier! I think her new class is such a good fit. She woke up one morning and said, "Mommy, I am a gymnastics girl now!!"
We miss Joe tons. We are used to him constantly working, but he hasn't had to go away that often in the past year. This time feels especially hard because Carlie is older, truly understands and just misses her daddio time! I am somewhat used to missing him, but her missing him is a whole new kind of heartache. I am thankful that we will have a little break before he leaves again!
