"Stuck" in NYC

On our way to the states we landed in NYC ready to catch our next plane to Minnesota however, the weather had a different plan. We landed on a Friday night and couldn't get another flight out until Monday morning!! We made the most of our time and saw a ton of sites! We went to the Today show, Bryant park, Radio City Music Hall and GMA. We even saw something we had no desire to see - the ER in Queens. Unfortunately, the second morning we were there Carlie woke up with a fever of 104+ that wasn't responding to Motrin - scary. Turned out to be an ear infection and she is tons better now! We now have some unplanned Christmas memories of the city!!

Carlie's 1st subway ride - she loved it!
Walking the streets of "Koreatown" ....

St. Patrick's!

The tree at Rockefeller Plaza - do you like our dorky Walgreen's hats? We weren't exactly prepared for site seeing in the city - no stroller (thank goodness I had the Ergo packed just in case!), just our ski coats (not very fashionable but warm!), no gloves (for us).....

Carlie's first hot cocoa - she needed it brrrrrrrrrrr and a canoli with a sprinkle stuck in her nose :-)Grand Central Station-
NY library (we had to stop at the site of Carrie and Big's almost wedding :).

Times Square and a Carlie sandwich!!

On the subway picture Carlie looks totally at home. The leopard print pants make her look just like a Nu Yawker.
