a.k.a. the pumpkin festival in Venzione! We went on Sunday to this beautiful, old, walled city complete with draw bridges and a moat (where all the motorcycles parked:-) to see the Italian version of a pumpkin festival. It was fun to see people dressed in medieval costumes, pumpkin decorations everywhere, pumpkin wine, pumpkin bread, pumpkin cake, pumpkin donuts, pumpkin pizza - pumpkin EVERYTHING! It was VERY busy at one point Carlie was actually trying to scoot people out of her way saying "beep, beep!"- haven't we taught her well!?!
